TAPAS AL MUTTAQIEN

A. Background

Education is a part of human rights that start from born until death. The notion that education begins after the age of Primary School (7 years) was not true. Even the education that began at the age of kindergarten (4-6 years) was actually already too late, where from birth up to enter basic education is the golden era (golden age) as well as the critical stages of human life that will determine the child's development. Children's learning abilities include intelligence language, logical-mathematical intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, intra-personal intelligence and the intelligence of religion. Research from experts in developed countries in the field of growth and development of early childhood education warned that wrong education at an early age will negatively affect child development in the future.

TAPAS is one form of education that seeks early childhood development for children aged 0-6 years in these aspects of education, health and nutrition conducted by the institution or the environment consisting of family, school, care institutions, religious and child-care and peer influence on child growth. TAPAS operate without a regular budget and the costs of participation fee that have to be paid by parents, so administrators must open wide horizons to explore funding for TAPAS can continue to operate in teaching and learning activities.
